19th Century poems come to life in the launch of the Maryhill Songbook. Join us as Maryhill Heritage Choir tell Maryhill's story through their new melodies inspired by historic poems from our archive.
Maryhill Heritage Choir have created melodies from 19th century poetry in our archive which tell stories of Maryhill and its community from 1822 - 1905. Hear the poems come to life in our celebration of local arts, culture and heritage at Maryhill Burgh Halls.
Join us for performances, arts workshops and more!

The songs have also been produced as a songbook which will be available to purchase on the day.
This exciting project which uncovers more of Maryhill's little known history was grant aided by Creative Scotland.
