A new history society that covers the entire region of Carrick from Dunure to Ballantrae.

We are embracing the move to using technology in order to change the traditional format of history societies. In Carrick, there is a need for a Society that not only functions as an exchange of interesting anecdotes but also one that campaigns for the protection and promotion of our heritage through greater awareness of its richness and value, while enabling local historians to have an outlet for their research.
