To record and rescue as many old Scottish bricks as possible. The idea is to form a Scottish National database of Scottish brickmarks and information regarding Scotland's brick making history.

The organisers would welcome contact from people with a similar interest, who might have relevant information and indeed may be possible 'local' eyes on the ground, looking for those bricks that are still playing hard to find!
