Event Details

Join us for an in-person event, Connecting Communities: A Shared Responsibility for Digital Sustainability, designed for community archive and heritage groups. This one-day conference will provide a space to share knowledge, explore best practices, and discuss the critical issue of digital preservation and sustainability within community archives.

We’ll explore the essential tools, resources, and strategies to help you manage and preserve your digital collections. You’ll gain insight from experts in the field, take part in interactive breakout sessions, and have plenty of opportunities to network with peers from other community groups. Whether you’re just starting out with digital preservation or looking for ways to improve your current practices, this event is for you!

As part of the day we are going to showcase posters, either printed A1 on posterboards or digital posters/content shown on screens. This is an opportunity to showcase your digital collection and any projects you have or plan to undertake relating to it.
