As part of the 2014/2015 Moray Society Lecture Series, Douglas Lockhart will be giving a talk: "Planned Villages in North East Scotland". Back copies of the Scottish Local History Forum's journal will also be available to browse and purchase. The event is being held at the Elgin Museum Hall (adjacent to the Museum itself).
