Kirkintilloch and District Society of Antiquaries
Kirkintilloch and District Society of Antiquaries is a history and heritage society founded in 1933 by among others, Thomas Johnston, politician and author. In addition to arranging an annual programme of lectures, it researches and publishes on local topics and organises visits for members to places of historical interest.
