Scottish Jewish Archives Centre

About this Organisation

The Scottish Jewish Archives Centre preserves and displays the records of the Jewish experience in Scotland over the past 200 years. SJAC is currently developing, in partnership with Garnethill Synagogue Preservation Trust, the creation of a Scottish Jewish Heritage Centre in Garnethill Synagogue. The project will include the creation of a Scottish Holocaust-era Study Centre as a development of the Archives Centre.

The Centre houses a display on the history of Jews in Scotland. A newsletter is published twice yearly. Individual and group visits facilitated by arrangement.
